A soldier belongs to a House. A campaign can bring many Houses together.

The House

Each House maintains its own army. Its soldiers carry the identity of their House.

The Domain

A Domain mobilizes contingents from its Houses, bringing separate forces together.

The campaign

The eight Domains contribute to a temporary unified command for a Kal-Muzar war. Mission identification accompanies House identity.

A temporary command

The Kal-Muzar has no permanent planetary army. Unified operational command is designated for a campaign; it does not erase House allegiance.

The Ka'Ruk

The Ka'Ruk secures archives, scientific installations, conduits, routes and Tears. Eliok holds the title Commander of the Ka'Ruk as well as Custodian of Sciences.
